American Marksman: 50 BMG M8 Armor Piercing Incendiary 647 Gr. – 150 Rounds
Description: American Marksman 50 BMG M8 ammunition consists of Lake City brass, boxer-primers and 647 Grain FMJ projectiles. Some, if not all, projectiles will be lacking the painted tip. This is due to the fact that we receive these rounds directly from the Military as is, whether they are painted or not. This will NOT affect accuracy or function of the rounds. This round is packaged in 150 CT Military Surplus ammo can. Designed for long range training and target practice. This line of ammunition is 100% American made. Due to the high temperature produced by the tracer / incendiary material, the risk of fire is increased. Be aware of your target and beyond in order to maintain a safe shooting environment.
Military Requirement: due to the components being from Lake City Ammunition Plant, the cases are required to be annealed. If the cases are not annealed, they do not meet military specs. This does not mean the cases have been previously used. Unlike civilian rounds, the military requires visual proof of the annealing process. This process causes discoloration to the cases, which also provides added durability.
